Dispersive primer with carbon technology for use on tight and smooth surfaces. Ready to use and quick-drying. Creates a rough and adhesive surface. Under mineral-based repering mass, for tight and smooth or old substrates, for substrates covered with, for example, residual repering mass and water-resistant adhesives, for old, non-coated cast-asphalt screeds, for ceramic tiles and resin coatings, for magnesite and terraze screeds .
